Revenue Share
Earn Extra revenue
Earn 5% revenue share up to $4,000 per capping agent from Real's portion of the split. Unlock additional tiers as your network grows.
Purchase stock with commission: Agents can have up to 5% of net commission paid out in stock.
Earn stock by capping and attracting agents: When an agent caps, the agent will be granted shares in stock.
Elite Agent Stock awards: Agents who reach production benchmarks can earn up to $24,000 in stock
